Real-Time Processing of GigaHertz Signals Using NI FlexRIO™ The 3GS/s FlexRIO digitizer adapter module demonstration will show the benefits of the inline processing capability of FlexRIO, and provide an example of how FlexRIO can be programmed using LabVIEW FPGA for common measurements. The demonstration will involve generating a pulse train with varying pulse widths and varying time delay between pulses, and digitizing these pulses using the 3 GS/s adapter module. The FPGA on FlexRIO will then be used to eliminate inter-pulse delay and perform a series of typical parametric timing and voltage measurements on the pulses, and keep a running set of statistics on these measurements.
