Sometime the communication module is detected by the computer, sometime not, same thing for the rtd modules. Moving parts apart and reconnecting them a couple of time solve the problem.
THen it works for some time and begin to have funy readings, as a temperature of -180C for 1 channel and 760C on another channel when it was reading around 50 C 1 houre earlier. After some time it freez the computer. We tried with 2 different computers.

I want to return the communication module, the 2 rtd and 22 bases to have the entire system been check to be reliable.
Try putting the module inside an EMI enclosure if it is around a lot of EMI.
Your modules may be vibrated loose and is not making a good connection between modules, therefore getting erratic results.
If you have further problems, contact NI.
