Save VI front panel as PDF

I have a system where I print front panels to a hardcopy printer

by a simple call to "Print Panel".

However, I would like to save programatically save my front panel

in an universal standard format like PDF.

Is there any way to do this without using externa functionaity

like redirect your printer.

Hi Mikael,

[plug] Utility Warrior has a dll for doing this [/plug]
They provide a good .h file so in LV 8.2 you can easily create the VI's you need. I have doon this and it looks very good!

Try out our brand new LabVIEW PDF Toolkit. http://www.carya.nl/index_uk.htm , select downloads.

You can put pictures, text, borders etc. in a pdf, and also create multiple page documents. In the real (not free) version you can create internal links, hyperlinks, attach files.
