    <description>Figure out the problem (had two other USB thumb drives in the computer).&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;I don't know&amp;nbsp;why having&amp;nbsp;more than one thumb drive would be an issue because MAX&amp;nbsp;asks which thumb drive to format.&amp;nbsp; However, problem solved.&amp;nbsp;</description>
