topic OneNote in LabVIEW

I know there have been many topics/posts on Excel and Word (and related Office products) using Labview and ActiveX. Many have been helpful to me in various tasks and gaining a better understanding as to how that works.

My question now is, has anyone out there ever tried or done anything similar using OneNote and Labview. I have spent some time recently looking over the documentation for the commands (property nodes), but I can't seem to make anything of consiquence out of them when trying to implement them in Labview. While similar to the setup of Excel or Word, they seem to operate a little different.

My ultimate goal here would be to add content (text, pictures, tables, etc) to a OneNote file, much like can be done in Excel or Word.

I was just wondering if anyone out there had attempted such a thing with OneNote and could perhaps provide some guidance on this.

Below is the link to the MSDN page that has the OneNote information I was using as reference. Maybe I should be using something else (another object library, etc in LV?)?

http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ms788684.aspx#Office2007OneNoteWhatsNew_OneNote2007COMAPI

It sounds like you are referring to the OneNote object properly in LabVIEW, but are having trouble with the actually properties and methods of the object. You could try contacting Microsoft for this information. You could also try the LAVA forums to see if anybody has done something similar in LabVIEW: www.lavag.org .
