topic Migrating to PCIDIO-24 in LabVIEW

I'm currently using an inexpensive ISA Digital I/O card and need to migrate
to a PCIDIO-24.

1.) The current software contains Activex controls that talk to the board
which can't be modified, although the LabView code calling them can be modified.
The control is expecting a properly configured 8255 port at I/O address
0x025E (0x0240 + 0x1E). Is there any way to configure the PCIDIO-24 through
LabView so it's Port C lands at this address?

2.) Port C of the 8255 chip on the old board is split, using the upper 4
bits as inputs, the lower 4 bits as outputs. Is there any way to configure
the PCIDIO-24 to do this through LabView?

Thanks,

Doug Gordon
