&lt;P&gt;The size of files wether text or binary can be obtained using GetFileSize, but this you know according to your &lt;A href="https://forums.ni.com/t5/LabWindows-CVI/get-file-size/m-p/3678328#M76851" target="_self"&gt;other post&lt;/A&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;
