      <description>Hi,&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks for contacting National Instruments.  I understand you are getting an error when installing Lookout.  What is the complete error message that you receive, and is there an error code associated with it? Also, information on your system would be helpful, such as, operating system, etc. If you have previous installations of Lookout, we may need to consider those too.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Any additional information will help debug this issue.
