I was trying to use the camera of my android phone using the article on NI 'Integrating Android Devices with NI Vision Software'

The operation is fine and also I can see the camera in MAX as a camera resource for the resolution 320x240, but as soon as I increase the resolution of the camera the MAX crashes.weather I need to change some settings in my phone or this integration is possible only for the lower resolution.

Using an Android device as a camera is not something that is officially supported by NI. Supported devices tend to not crash MAX, although it's not unheard of. You will probably have to put up with the lower resolution, or try editing the camera ICD file using a text editor.
