Recently i have been given a small task to implement a&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;scheduler which allocate the resources based on the SNR of the UEs in LTE Application framework. Can you please guide in any possible ways.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
