I thought I would start my own congrats thread. I never got one a 500, 1k, 2k and I proved Zealot on the same day as 2 zealots were Knighted. Let us not discuss the issues that occurred when I hit 10k posts. (An awful thing happened)

So, congrats to ME!

I'm sure that many of y'all noticed my decreased post rate. I feel that I owe some explanation.

First, let me state that I feel that it has been my extreme privilege to participate on these forums. I certainly learned a lot about LabVIEW, General programming and myself as a person by sharing whatever knowledge I have with all of you. I take pride in my achievements here! I have no regrets!

I have no doubt that the forums remain a robust source for LabVIEW advice with my lesser rate of contribution. Additionally, I've watched a drift away from topics that used to be of significant interest to me specifically;

Time and time keeping
Odd problems with instrument drivers
USB Hub power shutdown
IEEE 488, RS-232, RS-485 details
NI DAQmx best practices
Programming pattern best practices
Certification objectives

Occasionally I have also tried to get the Architects out there to increase the use of custom Templates (lvproj and lvlib)

These questions seem to have been well covered by the current Body of Knowledge, BoK, the Forums now have. The online training program has adapted to cover specific areas that were heavy-hitter topics. BTW NIce work NI! I believe that my contributions to the BoK helped achieve this excellent level of quality.

As I have grown with these Forums I have also aged. Perhaps more than expected. I rarely operate a mouse today! I'm not done yet but, I will be taking one more lesson from Ben. I'll check in from time to time and wish you all the best.
