I have one question.I have seen so many users on these discussion forum.They have tagged as ,"Regular","Member","Vetaran","Proven Active Veteran" and so on...

How does it change? With experience? Who changes it? What is criteria for each?...

I am curious to know it .So I asked

I think the changes are on hold for the time being until the new method kicks into play.

There is a post somewhere in this forum (Breakpoint) which fully describes the current process.. I'll look for it.
