      <title>Robotics Library for KUKA</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Dear All,&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;H1&gt;&amp;nbsp; &lt;FONT size="5"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;I want to&amp;nbsp;use DigiMetrix Robotics Library for KUKA control KRC4. I check the kuka robot need prepare below item&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/H1&gt;
&lt;P&gt;1.1.1 KUKA system requirements&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt; KR C4 KUKA robot controller&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;OL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;WorkVisual 4.0 or higher installed on standard laptop/PC for KR C configuration&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/OL&gt;
&lt;P&gt; 2. KR C4 EtherNet/IP 2.0 controller option&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt; 3. KUKA.PLC ProConOS 4.1 software&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt; 4. KUKA.PLC mxAutomation 2.1 software&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;My question is really need EtherNet/IP and kuka.plc ProConOs. Because I want use Ethernet and no need Kuka smart pad show the control bottom. Is possible remove item 2 and 3 still can use DigiMetrix Robotics Library to control KRC4.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Dear Svetlana,&lt;BR /&gt; I check attach file DM_KRL-Setup_manual.pdf show "library supports three possible configurations"&lt;BR /&gt;1.PC-based library – Ethernet/IP.&lt;BR /&gt;2.PC-based library – EtherCAT&lt;BR /&gt;3.RT-based library – EtherCAT&lt;BR /&gt;This three type configuration not list Ethernet.Could you provide Ethernet setup manual for us. Another question for KUKA.PLC ProConOS and KUKA.PLC mxAutomation revision.&lt;BR /&gt;Now I get information from KUKA is KUKA.PLC ProConOS 4.1 and KUKA.PLC mxAutomation 2.1. Your information is more detail. &lt;BR /&gt;Could you help us confirm 4.1.X and 2.1.X the "X" is update revision?&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Dear Cherub Lee,&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The latest library release (4.x.x.x) supports only UDP communication protocol. The manual you have attached is from older library version 3.x.x.x - the latest one is attached here.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;But please note that there are issues with mxAutomation 2.1.5, so please order mxAutomation 2.1.4 or 2.1.6. AFAIK ProConOS should have the respective last digit number - 4.1.4 or 4.1.6.&lt;/P&gt;
