You should generally start a new post if you're having a problem rather than resurrecting an old thread.
The issue you are having is well described in the error - you're trying to have two pieces of code access one piece of hardware. The first task reserves the hardware (locking the resource) so when the second tries to reserve hardware, it fails and you get the error you're seeing.
This was described twice a few posts up - did you read them?
You need to combine your DAQ assistant into one, or stop using the DAQ assistant altogether and use the DAQmx VIs as these give you more control over the task.
