Error -200022 occurred at DAQmx Start Task.vi

Hello

I have cDAQ device and 3 modules NI-9234 connected.

My program (see attachment) works properly with 2 modules only, but does not work with 3 modules.

With 3 modules I have this error: "Error -200022 occurred at DAQmx Start Task.vi.   Possible reason(s): Resource requested by this task has already been reserved by a different task".

Help me fix it, plz
