Modbus slave I/O server TCP/IP

I am working on a project to monitor and control a board via myRIO and LabVIEW 2019. It is planned myRIO communicates with another SCADA software “Reliance4" through Modbus.
In first step, I wanted to use the Modbus slave I/O server of LabVIEW to monitor and control the board. The variables are configured and there is no problem in monitoring the data but in controlling part, there is an issue which I couldn’t find a solution.
In “Distributed System Manager”, I set the new values, so I can see the them in the “Front Panel” but I cannot see the changes in “Block Diagram” and surely on my board connected to myRIO.
