NI-ELVIS Problems

I recently moved my NI-ELVIS unit to another machine. Current system is Win2K, DAQ card is PCI-MIO-16E-4.
NI-ELVIS intializes and configures OK.
DMM does not work: VDC never changes, AmpsDC or Resistance returns error.
O-scope appears fine.
Function Generator returns error -9332. Adj.
Power Supplies do not respond.
ARB looks OK.
Digital Reader and Writer do not respond.
Impedance, 2-Wire and 3-Wire I-V appear to run OK.
Also my new Quanser DC Motor system also seems to work OK.

Any ideas out there on what to check or try?
Thanks in advance.

Update to my message on NI-ELVIS problems.

The DIO4 line on my PCI-MIO-16E-4 board appears suspect.

When I connect a BNC-2120 interface unit to the board the DIO4 line/LED cannot be changed using the NI-MAX test panels, I have tried two BNC-2120's and get the same result and they behave properly when I use them on another machine.

I have also tried two computers now (Win2k and WinXP) two PCI-MIO-16E-4 boards, one of them brand new, with the same results.

Any suggestions on how to test if my NI-ELVIS is "blowing out" the DIO4 line. Since I understand NI-ELVIS uses the DIO lines for communication I assume this could be the source of my other problems.

Other troubleshooting results. When using the NI-ELVIS SFP Digital Bus Writer to output a digital pattern (e.g. ramp 0-255) no data is seen on the DO lines however the Address lines 0,1 and 2 on NI-ELVIS flicker when connected to a NI-ELVIS LED appearing to show data, however Address line 3 does not change. If Address line 3 and DIO4 line are somehow connected this maybe another indication of the problem but I could not find much about the Address lines in the NI-ELVIS user manual.

BTW the PCI-16E number was updated to be the PCI-6040E card.

I should have known that with such mixed behavior it would be something like a cable.
I must have gotten a bad batch of cables as three of them test bad in continuity on the DIO4 line, pin 19 of the 68 pin connector.
One the cables was new out of the bag. I will have to check with NI if they've had a bad batch, my cables were the 1 meter variety Part no. 183432A-01 (can't find this one in the catalog any more but it also had a number of 5099 0843)
Sorry to have bothered eneryone with my entries.
