NI-myDAQ doesn't work on Labview 12 64bits

How to use NI-myDAQ with Labview 12 /64bits without installing 32 bits service pack?

NI ELVISmx is not supported in LabVIEW (64 bit). Therefore in order to use LabVIEW with NI ELVISmx on a Windows 7/Vista (64 bit) operating system, you must have LabVIEW (32 bit) installed.

While ELVISmx (an application that helps users get started with MyDAQ) does not support LabVIEW 64-bit, NI-DAQmx, the driver for MyDAQ, supports LabVIEW 64-bit just fine.

That's true, you will still be able to use the hardware NI myDAQ with DAQmx to acquire data in the LabVIEW 64bit, the only disadvantage is that you won't be able to use the ELVISmx Soft Front Panels that are ready-to-use instruments that will make your acquisitions easier.
