NI myRio USB Monitor window opening fail

Hello, I have installed all the software components from the DVD 1 and after that I restart my pc and the NI myRio USB Monitor window doesent opening. this is the first window wich includes the "launch the getting started wizard" option. If you know what the problem might be please help me.

You have to install all software components from DVD 1 to DVD 3 in order for the LabVIEW myRIO to be launched correctly and the popup window to appear. Do ensure that your software installation is successful otherwise it might affect you on at the later part....
