this would be done using visa, Visa supports 488.1 and 488.2. I do not think there should be a problem. Are you having some sort of trouble.

Thank you for your answer Joe
I'm starting to learn labview (and instrumentation).I have do to a homework for the university. I found this card in an old pc and I would like to use it with labview 7 to communicate with a multimeter via GPIB.
