if statement in labview

Ok I am using labview 8.5. A little confuse. Can anyone give me a sample code that do the following?

if detect digital input from port 0 line 1 from DAQ

wait 100ms

send digital output to port 0 line 2 to DAQ

For some reason I can't view your file. I have labview 2013 but when I try to open it, the browning window keep popping up as if I need to point it to some specific location \National Instruments\LabVIEW 2011\instr.lib\Agilent 34401\Public\Utility

Hi for some reason I cannot open that file. It keep asking me to browse to a window or something. Can you rewrite that simple code in labview 2011? I just installed by labview 2013 and it seems to be a problem.

I downloaded the DIO.vi that was posted here and saved it for LabVIEW 2011, I hope you are able to open it now.
