microseconds delay in myrio

Hello I want to use digital I/O's with microseconds delay, I tried to do this in myrio CPU but I can't get enough resolution (not better than 1 milisecond). I will switch mosfests and generate dynamic load for my purpose. Any help will be very appreciated.

Which model of the myRIO did you use? Also, could you give me some background as to why you need this high resolution?
