myDAQ not recognized by MAX

Hello,

I am trying to set up the myDAQ on Windows 7 professional and MAX cannot find the myDAQ. I have the DAQmx device driver 9.1.7f2 and ELVISmx 4.2.3 installed. When I go to device manager it finds the myDAQ with no warnings or errors. I tried using the troubleshooter but it says MAX cannot find the myDAQ.

Any suggestions on how to fix this problem?

Thank you for your help.

I was able to have the myDAQ running on my laptop successfully. In the previous post I am talking about trying to run it on my desktop. I used the myDAQ software suite which installs an older version of the device dirver v9.1.6. I am going to update my laptop to v9.1.7 that is installed on my desktop and see if it stops working. If not then it may be that USB problem that someone else posted. If that is the case does anyone know when a patch for 9.1.7 will come out because when I checked the link it does not include it.

Thank you for your help.

On my desktop just installed the ELVISmx 4.2.2 driver software and it works now.
