"Unsupported Item - Required module, driver, or plugin is either not installed or has an expired license"

I'm working with an inherited myRIO and in trying to set it up on a new computer to run the same project that it has run in the past. I'm receiving this error: Unsupported Item - Required module, driver, or plugin is either not installed or has an expired license.

Is this related to the myRIO modules/drivers/plugins or is it because a certain feature of the previously created project is unable to be supported? We have updated the firmware to version 7 and we are running on labview 2020.

Thanks for any advice.

You've mentioned the version of LabVIEW on your PC (LabVIEW 2020), the version of the firmware on your myRIO (Version 7), but what is the version of LabVIEW on your myRIO?  It should be the same version as that on your PC, e.g. LabVIEW myRIO Toolkit 2020.

Plug in the myRIO to your PC and open MAX.  Can you "see" the myRIO in Remote Systems in MAX?  Can you open its Software tab?  If the versions you see are not Version 2020, that could explain the "required module, driver, or plugin" that is not installed.

You should be able to download and install the myRIO Toolkit for LabVIEW 2020 on your PC, open MAX, and use it to update the code on the myRIO.
