On a PC I can have a re-entrant VI open it's front panel to then get access to it's block diagram. Is there a way to do this on an RT target (development environment, not deploying an exe to the RT)?

As I understand it, no. I've never worked on RT (my two platforms are desktop and FPGA), but a lot of people complain about this.
