How to use Vison Image Window Events (IMAQ WinLastEvent.vi) in Actor Framework.

I would like to send the events from IMAQ WinLastEvent.vi to the actor and / or the nested actors.

I am not as clear as the AF compliant works. Does anyone have a hint.
I have included a small test program as an attachment.
Start, open an image, and click into the image to trigger a click event.
