Lukepike: Did you resolve this issue? If not, have you tried LV 2012?

It still comes up once and a while in LabVIEW 2011, but a restart of LabVIEW usually fixes it. I can't convert the project to the new actor framework as it is fairly complex (a little under 1000 VIs)and already mostly done. I just downloaded LabVIEW 2012, giving it a shot for a new project. I'll see if there are any issues and report back here.
