this is not pretty much information you provide. However, this issue maybe relies on a bad installation of Measurement & Automation Explorer (MAX). This could be caused by the installation of a new version of MAX over the existing installation. In this case I suggest to completely uninstall all components of the Measurement & Automation Explorer. This should resolve the problem.
If you provide further information, on the installation procedure, versions of OS and installed NI Software, maybe we can provide another solution for your problem.
