Hi, I need some answers about devoleping applications using CAN protocol. The VI´s used to do so are included in the NI XNET package?
I found some examples on the net, but then include VIs named "CAN Init Start.vi" or something like that, and I cant find them on my labVIEW, even after the NI CAN driver installed, can someone help?
sorry for bad english ( im from brazil)
thx

Hi Fernando,
You may want to try to re-install the NI-CAN Driver from this link:
https://www.ni.com/en/support/downloads/drivers/download.ni-can.html
During re-installation of NI-CAN driver, ensures that the support for your version of LabVIEW is selected so that it install the NI-CAN library in particular LabVIEW vi.lib directory.
Hope this helps and let us know if the issue persist.

you mention NI-XNET Hardware in your request, but the VI you talk about relates to the NI-CAN API which is the previous hardware generation.
I would recommend to install NI-XNET first, then start with one of our examples out of the example finder for CAN/NI-XNET.
