CAN diver for Brooks MFC

Is there a CAN diver for Brooks SMART Mass Flow Controler. Brooks is using the CAN protocol on a RS232/RS485 interface, so where can I find a CAN driver for my RS232/RS485 port.

CAN is a protocol that requires a CAN interface. It cannot be used with RS232/RS485 interfaces. Both RS232/485 and CAN use 9-pin connectors which can be confusing.

The following link is to a Developer Zone page that describes the CAN API and may be helpful for your application.

Thanks for your comments; I was lost in the industrial protocol jungle. It was not CAN but HART protocol I'm looking for.
