Recently, I had a need to call a few functions of the Automotive Diagnostic Toolkit from Python. In case anyone else has a need for this, attached is the code.
Assumes Python 2.7, Automotive Diagnostic Toolkit 2015 and it's dependencies (NI-CAN or NI-XNET depending on device).
