Hi,

I assume this is a RT PXI with a PXI CAN series 2 board installed. Try to test the board with a right click to the board from the CAN RT configuration dialog.

With a right click to the port, you should be able to assign a name like CAN0, CAN1.... After that your RT application should be able to talk to CAN0 or CAN1.
