Can full duplex mode

How can I Configure the CanBus card for full duplex mode of communication?

I have          series 2 , dual port 9 pin Rev C                PCI card

Can you clarify what you mean by "full duplex"? Are you using high speed or low speed CAN communication?

I mean : Can I make such configuration of PCI card (CAN series 2 with two ports CAN_0 & CAN_1), that I will transmit messages(from PC to Unit ) on CAN_0 and receive messages(from Unit to PC) on CAN_1 .

Hi,

Yes, this should be possible. You will have to configure the cabling based on the speed (high speed or low speed) your device and CAN card are communicating with. Here is a link to termination for both speeds of communication. I hope this helps!
