I would like to know if the Measurement and Calibration Toolkit 19.5 is compatible with LV 2019 SP1 64bit. Somehow I only find the library and the corresponding functions in LV 32bit but not in the 64bit version.

Possibly you have installed LabVIEW 64-bit after installing ECUMC? In this case install ECUMC again.
