Hi

Why i get that error when i try to open Input/output communication with dnet after using the GetSingleAttr.vi or SetSingleAttr.vi. There is no problem do it in reverse order, I mean if i start with I/O.vi and after finishing i can use set/get Attr.vi. I need to use all 3 vi´s sevral times. I hope if there is anyone can help. ( I use labView 8, and NI PCI-DNET, 1-PORT)

Hi Peter,

I found the reasone of that Error.It was a while loop i put the Configuration and the opening of the comm. in it. and i use OK to out of that while, but it didn´t work as it should.That means when i stop the VI, it doesn't send a close command to the network. what it is really strange is the same way i use with I/O VI, i mean with the same while loop, and it work without any problem.Anyway, if you still like to see the VI, i can send it to you!!
