FPS2800 with CAN USB-8473 communication issues

I am using the USB-8473 adaptor for a FPS2800 fluid sensor. When connected, the orange USB light glows constant orange, but the CAN light does not illuminate. However, the BUS monitor displays an output with no error messages displayed. When I go to try to open the FPS CAN viewer software for the sensor, I receive the error code, "No CAN interface found," and the program cannot open.

Any ideas of a potential solution? I am running Windows 10 Enterprise and version 17 of NI MAX.

I'm not familiar with this application so I will suggest what I can. The USB-8473 device used the NI-CAN driver so first verify that "NI-CAN" is installed and shown in the software section in MAX. The device should show up as "USB-8473" under the "NI-CAN Devices" tree item in MAX. If it doesn't show up there with that name it could be a driver installation problem and would instead show up as a VISA resource. The interface name should default to CAN0. The application could be looking for a different interface name i.e. CAN1. I would check to see if they match. If the application doesn't have the ability to choose I would try other options like CAN1 or CAN 2.

Aside from that, can you post screenshots of the user interface and errors? Maybe looking at them can provide me with additional clues.
