Is it possible to set buffer read lenght over 300?

I have a labview 7 application using CAN frames and a 300 frames buffer. Each frame is 75 bits long. I can't manage to use it with a read queue lenght over 300. Is it a problem of available memory (it's only 22kO)? How can I solve it? the card is PCI CAN, 2 port,9 pin dsub.

The PCI-CAN has "only" 6600 bytes available for read and write queues.
