Loading individual Hardware drivers

Greetings All,

                Is there a way to load only drivers from the drivers CD that will be used for the Application.  For Example:  Communicating Via USB CAN-8473s.

For example If I wanted to install an application that reads and writes over a CAN Bus but didn't want MAX available on the Target PC, just the drivers.

The driver requires MAX and it will install with the driver.
