NI-CAN Bus Monitor Won't open

I am having trouble on a Windows 10 computer that I have install a PCI-CAN/xs2 card in.  It install just fine but when i try to open the Bus Monitor it open and immediately closes. I have tried reinstalling and logging in as administrator but no luck.  Any ideas?
