NI-CAN Bus Monitor always works but not the LabVIEW examples

Kudos to GPIB Guru for making me go back and try the 0x8000zzyy formula for baud again. This indeed worked. Now the VI works just like the BusMonitor. I must have been entering the values wrong the first time.
