I tried it. This error came. Even when I changed the second interface to CAN 2, the same error was there.

Well did you read the error? Did you read the manual? If you did you would see that the c-series devices need to have external power. I think its dumb too, but it does.

Hi manu9511,
Hooovahh is correct - you're probably getting that error either because you're not powering the bus at all or because it's being powered incorrectly. The 9862 Operating Instructions talks about the bus power requirements on page 5, and has a pinout on page 6. You'll need to connect positive voltage to pin 9 (Vsup), and the ground to pin 3 (COM).
