Nothing is happening when sending CAN packets with NI-XNET and USB-8502

That's correct, provided the wiring and the configuration are correct.

Do you get any error message from clicking on the "Error Details" button in the Transmit panel?

OK, it's working and I dont understand why. 

First I tried jumping the Port 1 and Port 2 on my dual 8502 and I saw nothing on the bus monitor.

Then I plugged in Port 1 on the dual 8502 to Port 1 on the single 8502 and it worked. I then hooked the device to the bus and sent a message and it is responding. Why the hell is it working now? This is the strangest thing.
