I like know Labview procedure to interface to Vector CAN bus driver. This is to develop the better front end tool for test automation tool.

If you want to call vector devices with RT, no chance for the moment. But the guys from Vector are still in development to integrate with NI products.
So try to contact VECTOR Support.
