Problem about NI XNET with USB 8502.Error:Hex 0xBFF63014

Solved!

Hi everyone.

I have some problems in using NI XNET.When I connect USB-8502 to my computer and start to use Bus Monitor in NI MAX.There will be an error like:"NI-XNET: (Hex 0xBFF63014) A driver support file is missing. Solution: Try reinstalling the driver. If the error persists, contact National Instruments." This situation also happens when I click the Self Check button.I have already tried to reinstall NI XNET and all devices from NI.And also tried installing NI XNET 18.5;19.0;2023(Q3).But all of them could not solve the problem. So if anyone can give me some advice to solve this problem,I would be very greatful.

Thanks a lot.

This problem is solved by reinstall XNET and all NI softwares. When the first time you unload, remember to delete all files and folders which names contain National Instruments and XNET in your computer. Some dll files created by NI in C:\Windows\System32 and C:\Windows\SysWOW64 also should be deleted。

This problem might caused by some upgrade and unload operate.I was upgraded LabVIEW to 2023 and unloaded it soon. When I reinstalled LV2018,I found this question.
