Regarding power supply for reading sleep current

I would like to use a power supply that will cater giving of voltage in normal,sleep mode of device and reading the current from it.Which power supply shall i use and is there any .can file that will help to vary voltage level?

This board is tailored around Automotive and Embedded Networks - i.e. CAN, LIN, etc. Are you looking for a power supply for one of our CAN breakout boxes, or are you perhaps more interested in one of our Precision DC Sources? From your description, it currently sounds like a Source Measure Unit may be the best fit for you. This board would be more appropriate for discussions on those products however:
