Hi all,
       My task is to receive speed information(SAE J1939) from the truck and with respect to that speed information i want to done some logical operation.

* For receiving speed information whether i want to do address claiming process.
* For receiving speed information whether i want to send request message.

You posted a question at 3AM on the east coast in the US, then waited 5 hours and bumped the thread.  These forums are largely supported by volunteers and by people asleep at 3AM.  Next time please be more patient, and don't bump a thread unless you have new information to help us guide you.

That being said a quick google search turned up this example.

Hi

If the speed data is continuously transmitted by ECU, there is no need to transmit any request.

All you need to know is the Arbitration ID and PGN information to capture data frames.
