Starter kits

Hi,

          This is Harish Chincholi, first of all thank you for giving me the earlier replies to my queries,, I checked with the PCI-CAN Cards.. since cost was a big issue.. and my management doesn't allow me to go for that price.. so I would like to demonstrate CAN features and its importance using CAN starter kits,, If you could help me with this then my management shall be impressed to go for CAN cards..

Hello Harish,

The only "starter kit" that could help you demonstrate CAN capabilities is the CAN Demo BOX.  However, you would still need to purchase a CAN device (USB or PCI) to communicate with the demo box. You can also easily setup a demonstration using  two port PCI-CAN card.  You can simply run a "Send" example using one port and a "Receive" example using the other port.  These examples come with the driver.   

My best suggestion is to contact your local sales engineer and discuss this project with them.
