Looks like the DevZone says that LV 8.6 is required. These two dll's are probably the reason. On my system they exist under LabVIEW 2009 and 8.6, but not under 8.5.

If you search your dev system, can you find these files? They must be somewhere if it works at all. You can try explicitly including them when building your application.*

* Not guaranteed to work. Official solution would be to use LV 8.6 or newer 😉

Appreciate the feedback, been a long week so it's taken me time to get back here to post.

I located the files I needed, and just put them in the needed folder for run-time use.  Thanks a bunch guys.
