We use Diadem 11 with windows XP SP2, and we use the functions PDF and Html Export . After upgrading from pack 2 to windows xp pack 3 we could no longer use these functions. We now the recieve error message : Access Violation :or The printer is not ready ...
We repaired DiAdem, and checked if the pdf printer converter exists and it is there .
Any ideas !!!
