I plan to connect a mechanical switch to the trigger input of the pci 1407.
Do I need to take any special steps to prevent switch bounce effects.
If I do what are they and I don't why not?
Thank you very much,
tom

Tom,
You should be fine as long as you bounce effects stay within the bounds of TTL levels.
